This camouflage suit is handled just like a conventional standard camouflage suit and can be easily integrated into existing equipment.

Properties

The IRBD is a newly developed textile camouflage suit designed to be worn like a conventional standard camouflage suit, with no visual differences from a classic combat uniform. However, thanks to its special construction and innovative coating, this suit significantly reduces thermal signatures in the infrared spectrum, providing a critical tactical advantage.

Built on advanced Camoshield™ technology, the suit can optionally be equipped with additional features such as flame resistance, vector protection, and other protective mechanisms. This ensures not only enhanced camouflage but also optimal protection and comfort across various operational scenarios.

Application

Thanks to its flexible design, the suit can be individually tailored to customer-specific requirements and local conditions.

Its breathable material ensures high wearing comfort without restricting the soldier's freedom of movement. Additionally, the IRBD is designed for use in urban environments and offers protection and camouflage even in the most demanding terrain.

Camouflage effectiveness

The camouflage effect of the IRBD is based on a low-emission surface that reduces the thermal signature by 7–10°C compared to a conventional suit. This advanced technology minimizes detectability by thermal imaging devices, giving elite soldiers a critical tactical advantage, especially when moving from "cover to cover." This ensures the wearer remains undetected even in challenging combat situations and can safely change positions.
